I have worked at Soep for 6 years.

What do you feel is unique about working at Soep?

Teamwork, and how we always support one another to turn in a finished product.

What is the most memorable project you’ve been involved with Soep?

That would have to be Standish Hall at Harvard University. I was a part of the project right from the beginning and saw it all the way through to the final results. I learned so much there.

How is your role critical to the strategic vision and success of Soep?

As a painter I pride myself on being dedicated and productive. I always project a positive image of my work, myself, and the company. All of these qualities are critical for the company’s success.

What is the most satisfying aspect of your job?

For me, the most satisfying aspect of my job is meeting and exceeding goals. I take pride in completing what is expected each day and having everything prepped and ready for the next day. We set ourselves up for success over and over again.
