How long have you worked at Soep?
I've been with Soep for about 8 years now.
What do you feel is unique about working at Soep?
What is unique about working for SOEP is that everyone is very hands-on, we do whatever it takes to get the job done. The company takes pride in every job, giving each task a distinct touch.
How is your role critical to the strategic vision and success of Soep?
My role is critical because I am a finisher, I want to see the project from start to end and help with all the specific details along the way.
What is the most memorable project you’ve been involved with at Soep?
The most memorable for me will be the Landmark Center, the job I am currently at. Other memorable jobs I've been a part of include Chelsea Creek, and the crane work at the Maine Naval Base.
What is the most satisfying aspect of your job?
One of the most satisfying aspects is seeing a vision come to life. From plans on a piece of paper to the final touch ups on the big scale. We all like to feel that sense of accomplishment.
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me…
Either coaching my son Bryson’s team, the Taunton West Little League Angels, or supporting my son Brent's race at the Seekonk Speedway in the INEX Bandolero’s every Friday night.
