The Harlo is a new-construction luxury apartment building in the Fenway. Working for Skanska, Soep applied a variety of spray foam and specialty insulations throughout the 212 units spanning 17 stories. The use of these energy-efficient materials helped the project earn a LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
