401 Park "Formally Landmark Center"
It was our distinct pleasure to work for Suffolk Construction on the renovation of 401 Park (formerly the Landmark Center), a building on the National Register of Historic Places - NPS. Our skilled team painted throughout the atrium, exposed architectural steel, parking garages, and more, all designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects in an effort to create a neighborhood destination. This historic building dates back to 1929 and is now part of a new transformation of the Fenway neighborhood.
