Constructed in 1987 by Beacon Construction, this project is a classic example of The Soep Companies' goal to exceed the customer's expectations. The Commercial Painting and Wall-Covering Service Group at Soep performed all painting and wall covering requirements. Serving as a focal point for Boston historic waterfront, the 665,000 square foot building contains condominiums, a 230 room hotel, restaurants, commercial offices and an underground parking facility. The ownership of Rowes Wharf and their construction partners have continued to put their faith in The Soep Companies for their painting, coating and wall-coverings requirements during the 2 major renovations projects since the original construction.
