This 790,000 sf building was constructed in 1997 by Clark Construction Co. Soep's work on this site included all finish painting, multicolor applications and stenciling. The Courthouse's design called for extensive stencil work on walls and ceilings. Soep transferred detailed geometric patterns from architect's drawings and transformed them into approximately 7,000 lineal feet of stencils.

This building was constructed in 1987 by Beacon Construction Co. and was painted by Soep Painting Corporation. Rowes Wharf is our "Classic Project." The building acts as the focal point for Boston's historic waterfront. This 665,000 sf building houses condominiums, a 230 room hotel, restaurants, underground parking and offices.

This award winning project reconstructed the 1929 Sears warehouse into a state of the art 1.5 million sf commercial building. Soep's scope of work included water blasting of existing ceilings, all finish painting and metallic finishes of the atrium.

This building consists of the NEW Ritz Hotel, custom condominiums and 22 Loews Theaters. Soep completed all finish painting, faux finishing and all specialty coatings.

Gillette Stadium
