How long have you worked at Soep?
I've been working with Soep for a little over a year.

What do you feel is unique about working at Soep?
The quality of work that Soep carries from job to job is second to none. Each crew member has a unique set of skills and I enjoy learning from each and every one of them. All of them are willing to help and it really makes you feel like you're part of the team.

What is the most memorable project you’ve been involved with at Soep?
The most memorable project I've been a part of is definitel the Encore Casino. Being part of a $2.7 billion project with such high-quality finishes is something I will never forget. It came out beautiful.

How is your role critical to the strategic vision and success of Soep?
I'm a team player. I do what I have to do to get the job done and bring a positive vibe to the job site. I'm always looking to better myself and everyone around me. One Team One Dream.

What is the most satisfying aspect of your job?
The most satisfying aspect is definitely seeing the completed project. The transformation from from when first arrive to when we leave is just unreal.

Finish the sentence. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me…
When I'm not at work you'll find me spending time with my family and enjoying the outdoors.

Which of Soep’s Core Values do you feel is the most critical to the company’s success?
I feel that Highly Trained/Highly Skilled is the Core Value that is most critical to our success. Being surrounded by some of the best painters and learning from them is extremely important to growing your skills. Passing that knowledge forward to train future apprentices so we can maintain that same level of quality will keep us on top for many years to come.
